Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Pipeline Building.
• Develop strategies to consistently bring high-quality leads.
• Build, manage, and optimise CRM systems to track leads and conversions.
• Create structured sales funnels and nurture journeys.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience.

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Design detailed sales plans and execute them end-to-end.
• Understand client pain points and position solutions effectively.
• Own the full cycle: prospecting → pitching → follow-ups → closing deals.

Consumer Psychology & Influence

• Apply behavioural insights and decision-making psychology in pitches.
• Craft persuasive messaging that aligns with client motivations.
• Use storytelling and emotional triggers to improve closing rates.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work with marketing to align lead-gen campaigns.
• Track, analyse, and report sales performance with clear KPIs.
• Continuously suggest improvements for higher conversion.
